What we do and do not do
Rodent Removal Tampa is a referral service. We do not perform the trapping, sealing, cleanup or any other work; we refer your request to an independent contractor, who may pay us a referral fee for it. Any contract for the work is between you and that contractor. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing or results of any contractor's work, and information on the site about typical costs and timelines is general guidance and does not form part of any quote.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem, to verify the license and insurance of any contractor before work begins, and to resolve any dispute about the work directly with the contractor who performed it.
Intellectual property
The text, images, diagrams and design of the site are owned by or licensed to Rodent Removal Tampa and protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or redistribute any of it without written permission, which can be requested through the contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodent Removal Tampa will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or from work performed by any contractor referred through it, including loss of profit, loss of data, property damage or consequential loss, even if advised of the possibility.
